Carlos leads the fundraising and investment management activities. With over 25 years of experience in investment management and corporate financial restructuring in renewables, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, Carlos holds a degree in Economics and a Master's in International Trade. Throughout his career, Carlos has managed assets totalling more than €1.5 billion.
As the person in charge of origination and business development activities, Miguel Ángel is a Mining Engineer and MBA graduate from IESE Business School, with over two decades of international experience managing companies in the field of renewable energies.
In charge of origination, fundraising, and asset management activities, Eduardo is an Industrial Engineer with 15 years’ experience in international operations, managing investments and asset sales in the field of renewable energies and the oil sector.
In charge of business development activities and asset management, with over 15 years of experience in comprehensive project management in international renewable energy and oil sectors. Ángel is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a PDD from IESE Business School.
Hugo leads Aurea's business development activity. With over ten years international experience in the renewable energy sector, he has acquired in-depth knowledge from the development phases to dividend distributions, covering all aspects of the business including due diligence, financing, contract negotiation, construction, facility commissioning, legalization, operation, and optimisation of operating plants, among others. In recent years, his professional focus has been on asset management, with experience in key countries with installed capacity such as the US, the UK, Spain, Italy, France, and Chile.
